Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all Cloudberries tags attached and include the printed return slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
